15-20 hours / week (UNPAID)
From 5-10 am every Monday through Friday, the XPN Morning Show aims to provide engaging and informative entertainment to the listening audience. We are looking for an upbeat, detail-oriented, early riser who aspires to work in the music business and wants to learn what effort goes into creating and producing a daily program at this nationally recognized leader in Triple A public radio.
This internship entails being in-studio at least two mornings a week to help manage interaction with listeners via phone, email, and social media on Turn It Up / Turn It Down Tuesdays and Throwback Thursdays. The intern will also be expected to assist in preparatory research and preparing audio for special features.
