What is XML/RSS?
RSS (Really Simple Syndication) is an XML-based format for sharing and distributing Web content, such as news headlines. Using an RSS reader or a web based application such as Firefox Live Bookmarks or My Yahoo!, you can subscribe to free data feeds from various sources (such as NPR, CNN, Blogs and WXPN) that include headlines, summaries, images and links to full stories.
