Oklahoma’s Broncho Combines Punk And Alternative For Big Fun

July 9, 2013 - Listening to Broncho’s debut album Can’t Get Past The Lips you are reminded as much of The Ramones as you are of Weezer. This is a fun aggressive pop band that straddles the line between punk and pop.

Home base is around Norman, Oklahoma where lead singer and guitarist Ryan Lindsey was also part of The Starlight Mints. That name? Listen in as the band explains that “broncho” is more of a feeling than a thing, “I’m feeling particularly broncho tonight!”
