Lisa Marie Presley

The only daughter of the King, Lisa Marie Presley has cast aside her father's shadow and earned the title "Princess of Rock'n'Roll" the old fashioned way - with her music. Born in 1968 in Memphis, Tennessee, Lisa Marie was left fatherless after Elvis' death when she was just nine year old. She led a troubled childhood until the call of music lured her back from the world of drugs that had consumed her.

Lisa Marie's gold-certified, debut album,  "To Whom It May Concern,"  was released in 2003, when the then-35 year old Presley teamed up with Capitol Records. The album was an instant success, hitting number 5 on the Billboard charts.  She followed it up with "Now What in April 2005," also with Capitol, and hit the No.9 spot on Billboard. After a long hiatus, Presley released "Storm & Grace" in May of this year. The album has struck a chord, as a more disciplined Princess belts out her own take on Rock'n'Roll.

Listen to Presley play live and talk about the enormous expectations she faces as the daughter of Elvis. Plus the making of her new album, working with T-Bone Burnett and co-writing a song with Richard Holly - the Leonard Cohen of England.
