The first album by our guests today, the British indie band Yuck, had an oversize response in 2011 drawing comparisons to Sonic Youth and My Bloody Valentine. Late last year came Glow and Behold a far more poppy, less noisy affair. The difference is that founding member Daniel Blumberg left the band to go solo leaving his former partner Max Bloom at the front to do the writing. No denying it is a different Yuck as you will hear today in an energetic set.
