Annie Clark, who is St. Vincent, has never done anything musically as it might be expected. From the beginning her guitar playing defied convention. And her compositions have shown sharp evolution from her first album Marry Me in 2007.
The new self-titled album is her fourth and comes on the heels of her collaboration with David Byrne on the Love This Giant album and tour.
