Our guests today are the Lititz, Pennsylvania based band The Districts. They met in 2009 while the members Rob Grote, Mark Larson, Connor Jacobus, and Braden Lawrence were still in high school. This year they released their first national EP for Fat Possum records. Today we'll hear a set of music from them recorded on stage at World Cafe Live. As you will hear it is a rocking affair with a little menacing edge that totally captures your attention. Since this recording guitarist Mark Larson has left the band to go to college.
