September 16, 2014 - Bluesman, singer, and songwriter Chris Smither has been at it for 50 years and has commemorated that anniversary with a new double disc collection of his material over the years re-recorded in his birthplace New Orleans. It is appropriately called Still On The Levee.

We are very happy to welcome him back to show for a session in front of an audience at World Cafe Live where we get to talk about his early days in the Boston folk scene in the sixties, his blues guitar influences and he even gives some career advice to his younger self and upcoming songwriters.
