Again Chuck Prophet Makes A Great Album With Night Surfer


What we particularly like about the California musician Chuck Prophet is that he just keeps getting better. His new album, his 11th solo record, is called Night Surfer. The album has some guitar help on it from Peter Buck of REM. Chuck met Peter in the 80's when he was touring alongside REM with the paisley underground band Green on Red. Chuck’s career solidified with his 2002 solo album No Other Love. His last album Temple Beautiful was an ode to his hometown of San Francisco. As you will readily hear, in our full-band live segment, Chuck Prophet’s songs do indeed keep getting better.
