Jackrabbit is the name of the second album for San Fermin. You can hear in our session how things are different for this band nowadays. I’m referring to how their first album had all the parts written and arranged by Ellis Ludwig-Leone; the whole project was a post-Yale compositional project for him. Along the way there started to be a real band and now when Ellis is writing parts he is doing it with specific musicians in mind. Those musicians also play into the parts as well. We also find out about all those rabbits running around in the lyrics to these new songs. The secret is in the “running.”
