Vintage Cafe With Country Artist Jamey Johnson from 2009

Vintage Cafe With Country Artist Jamey Johnson from 2009 Today's Vintage Cafe comes from 2009 when country singer Jamey Johnson joined us on the cafe with music from his then current album That Lonesome Song. That album was a high point in his career and contained his poignant song “ In Color.” Contrast that with Trace Adkins’ country crossover song “Honky Tonk Badonkadonk” which Johnson also had a hand in writing. Since then Johnson has continued making stripped down lyric-driven albums that continue to land in the country music top ten. This year he has released a couple of songs that indicate that a new album is imminent.
