We’ve had the opportunity to see our guest the singer Anderson East from Athens, Alabama perform more than once and it’s electrifying every time. After college he relocated to Nashville where he has been knocking around the music business engineering and doing session work for a while. Dave Cobb, the same man who produced Jason Isbell, heard Anderson at a songwriter’s night and they have gone on to make this album Delilah. It’s R&B, it’s country, it’s Southern music.
