Our World Cafe: Next artist this week is Liz Vice, a very special singer from Portland, Oregon. Growing up, Liz had dreams of being a filmmaker and touching people with her work. Those dreams were postponed when auto immune disease led to a series of medical setbacks in her teens that were finally solved by a kidney transplant. Like many, Liz learned to sing in the church and will soon release a debut album showcasing her amazing voice. There's a Light will arrive Sept 25.
