San Fermin

San Fermin – Artfully Arranged Indie Pop Performed Live

January 22, 2014 - Ellis Ludwig-Leone went to Yale and studied music. After graduating he went to the mountains in Banff, Canada to write and arrange the music that became the ambitious work San Fermin released last year. It’s pop music but it’s arrangements certainly owe a lot to Ludwig-Leone’s studies as well as his work with arranger Nico Muhly. Now he has formed an 8 person band to perform the album originally recorded with 22 people including Jess Wolfe and Holly Laessig from Lucius.
