Don’t Believe Your Eyes! Hear St. Paul And The Broken Bones In Your Soul

Please welcome our guests today, the soul band St. Paul and The Broken Bones. The band is from Birmingham, Alabama and is fronted by Paul Janeway who grew up singing gospel and was even groomed to be a preacher. But the soul music he loved kept calling. For years it didn’t entirely click until he got in the studio with bassist Jesse Phillips and the Bones were born. Close your eyes and you hear a deep soul singer. Open them (see our in-studio video) and you see that Paul kind of resembles a student accountant! They release their debut album Half The City February 18.
